Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the phylopos.in Ecommerce In-Restaurant Ordering App (the "App"), powered by Phylo (https://phylopos.in). These Terms govern your use of the App and the services provided by phylopos.in. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. App Usage: a. The App allows customers to place orders for food and beverages available at phylopos.in and make payments online. b. You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Online Payment: a. The App accepts online modes of payment only, such as UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other authorized payment methods. b. phylopos.in takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of online payments. However, you acknowledge that online transactions are not entirely secure, and phylopos.in is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your payment information.

3. Refunds and Cancellations: a. All sales made through the App are final. phylopos.in does not offer refunds or cancellations for orders placed through the App, except in cases where there are errors or issues caused by phylopos.in. b. In case of any errors or issues caused by phylopos.in, please contact our customer support within a reasonable time for assistance.

4. Loyalty Points: a. phylopos.in may offer loyalty points to customers based on ongoing promotions, offers, or special programs. The accumulation and redemption of loyalty points are subject to the terms and conditions specified by phylopos.in. b. phylopos.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any loyalty program or offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property: a. All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of phylopos.in or its licensors. b. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

6. Limitation of Liability: a. phylopos.in and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App, even if phylopos.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages. b. phylopos.in's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chandigarh. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Chandigarh.

8. Changes to the Terms: phylopos.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
